ABOUT THIS SPACE This 3,000-square-foot cabin sits on 4 secluded acres where the loudest sound most mornings is a distant creek. It's a true 3-level North Georgia retreat, built for groups who want private space and plenty to do on-site. Start on the wraparound porch — ample seating and sightlines that make coffee taste better. Down the steps, the covered hot tub stays shielded from the weather so you can soak year-round, and just beyond it, a stone-ringed fire pit with Adirondack chairs is ready for the s'mores kit you'll want to bring (BYO firewood). A propane grill, picnic table, and outdoor dining area round out the deck, with onsite parking for up to four vehicles. Head downstairs to the lower-level game lounge — the room everyone claims within ten minutes. A regulation pool table anchors the space, alongside chess and checkers, a deep stack of board games, and a 55-inch Roku TV with a DVD player for rainy afternoons. Sleeping spreads across three real bedrooms plus a bonus daybed. The upper-level king suite is the showstopper: a plush king bed, a large ensuite bath with a double vanity, and a private reading nook with its own windows and daybed — plus a separate thermostat zone. The main-level queen bedroom keeps its own Roku TV and full bath down the hall, with an in-unit washer and dryer. Downstairs, the bunk room sleeps four across two bunk beds, with its own TV, DVD player, and full bathroom — ideal for kids or the group staying up latest. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a Keurig, and enough cookware for a full holiday spread for nine. The living room delivers when it's time to wind down: a leather sofa and recliner piled with pillows and blankets, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove tucked into a stone fireplace for one more story before bed. LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY Tucked between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, this cabin stays close to what North Georgia's mountains are known for on a private road. - Downtown Blue Ridge (~15 min) — boutique shops, wine bars, small-town main street - Blue Ridge Scenic Railway (~15 min) — a vintage train ride along the Toccoa River - Downtown Ellijay (~15 min) — Georgia's "Apple Capital," walkable square, breweries - Mercier Orchards (~20 min) — pick-your-own apples, bakery famous for cider donuts - Lake Blue Ridge (~20 min) — 3,290 acres of clear water for boating and lake days - Toccoa River tubing at Deep Hole Recreation Area (~20 min) — an easy scenic float - Cartecay River (~20 min) — a gentler tubing run, popular with families - Aska Adventure Area (~25 min) — hiking and mountain biking in the national forest - Cartecay Vineyards & area wineries (~25 min) — tastings on a working vineyard - Fort Mountain State Park (~35 min) — a stone tower, lake beach, and trails - Amicalola Falls State Park (~45 min) — Georgia's tallest waterfall, gateway to the AT Whether you're chasing waterfalls, tasting wine, or picking apples, it's a short drive. WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR Multi-generational families needing real separation — grandparents in the king suite upstairs, parents on the main level, kids claiming the bunk room downstairs. Groups of friends planning a weekend around the hot tub, fire pit, and pool table — the kind of trip where nobody has a plan past "let's see what happens." Couples' getaways where two or three pairs split the cost of a cabin bigger and better-stocked than any hotel suite, with room for everyone to still get a quiet morning. Reunions and remote-work groups needing room for nine by day and one big dinner at night. GUEST ACCESS The entire cabin and its surrounding 4-acre property are yours for the stay — every bedroom, the lower-level game lounge, the wraparound porch, hot tub, fire pit, and grill area. Self-check-in is available via keypad, so there's no coordinating arrival times. Wander the grounds freely; there's no shared or off-limits space on the property. PARKING Onsite parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles directly on the property — no permits, passes, or street parking to navigate. The driveway sits close to the front entrance, so unloading gear for a group of nine is easy. If your group is arriving in more than 4 vehicles, reach out ahead of time so we can help plan accordingly. HOUSE RULES We want this cabin to feel easy, with just a few things to keep everyone safe. Max occupancy is 9 guests (6 Adults Max) plus 4 vehicles. The indoor wood-burning fireplace runs seasonally (closed April 1–October 1, per fire code) — no open flames or candles indoors outside that window. We're a pet-free cabin. Bag garbage and use the outdoor bins — black bears are active on the mountain. The property runs on septic, so only toilet paper goes down the toilet. The hot tub is used at your own risk. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided; pack extra for longer stays. Travel insurance is recommended. Anyone chasing a true mountain reset — no shared walls, no city noise, just a creek in the distance.
